In my experience, booking through eastsidemarios.com was really straightforward. We showed up a little early, and they still managed to get our table ready quickly. I didn’t run into any mix-ups or feel like we were stuck waiting forever. The whole seating process felt smooth, and the staff seemed organized and on top of things.

I went here with my kids it wasn’t the most relaxing experience. They didn’t have crayons or anything ready to keep them busy, the staff seemed rushed, and the kids’ meals took a while to come out. It’s not even about expecting some huge kid-focused setup, but a few basic things would’ve made the visit a lot easier. Overall, it just didn’t feel very family friendly.
